Shellane is a Licensed RTT Therapist, Certified Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, CBT Practitioner and Master Life Coach . Shellane uses the Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) method to help patients eradicate problems at the root, to step into their power and live their best lives.

Shellane utilizes the practice of Psychotherapy which is grounded in dialogue, to find the root cause of presenting issues and in turn change the negative beliefs and behaviors that inhibits a peaceful mind and fulfilled life.

Psychotherapy includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other Talking Therapies, where clients/patients are encouraged to talk openly with someone who’s objective, neutral and nonjudgmental.
